Ebere Ekeledo

Product Design Lead at Pixel One

I’m a Calgary-based Product Design Lead with over 12 years of experience shaping product strategy and building scalable solutions.

I partner closely with cross-functional teams to define the right problems, align design with business goals, and turn complex ideas into products that drive measurable impact.

I specialize in 0→1 initiatives, scaling design systems, and guiding teams through growth with clarity, systems thinking, and disciplined execution.

My workflow

I lead discovery to create alignment, define the right problem, and anchor decisions in evidence. I then translate strategy into structured flows, scalable systems, and refined experiences built to ship and scale.

I use Figma to design and scale systems, Claude to accelerate research and structured thinking, and After Effects and Rive to prototype expressive, purposeful motion.

About me

I'm Ebere, a product design leader with experience across agency and product teams in identity resolution, ecommerce, real estate, finance, and AI. Working across industries has shaped how I design: think in systems, solve the right problems, and build scalable experiences that keep their human touch.

At home, I’m a husband and father of two. My family keeps me grounded and continually reminds me who we’re truly designing for — real people with full, complex lives beyond the screen. Outside of work, I recharge by hiking Alberta’s trails year-round, finding clarity, perspective, and quiet inspiration in nature.

“Nothing is ever finished, only abandoned.”
